Product Warranty and Limitations

Limited Warranty. Beans Electronics Ltd. warrants that any hardware product accompanying this documentation shall be free from significant defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Beans Electronics Ltd.'s limited warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser.

Remedies. Beans Electronics Ltd.'s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at Beans Electronics Ltd.'s option, to: (a) repair or (b) replace the hardware, or (c) refund the price paid but limited to complete package and product without ruin. Provided that the hardware is returned to the point of purchase or such other place as a Beans Electronics Ltd. may direct, with a copy of the sales receipt and /or local warranty card. Any replacement hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. These remedies are void if failure of the hardware has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. BEANS ELECTRONICS LTD. AND ITS SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO THE HARDWARE. NO BEANS ELECTRONICS LTD., DEALER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL BEANS ELECTRONICS LTD. OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE SALE OF, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE ANY LABTEC PRODUCT OR SERVICE, EVEN IF BEANS ELECTRONICS LTD. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE SHALL BEANS ELECTRONICS LTD'S AND ITS SUPPLIERS' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEEDS THE ACTUAL MONEY PAID FOR THE BEANS ELECTRONICS LTD. PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Return Policy - Customer should directly contact the seller, dealer, agency or department store for exchange, but all returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 7 days from the date of receipt or date of purchase, or if the code/bar code has been removed from the packaging. A restocking fee may be applied equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective; or exchanged for the same or a similar item. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

Returns Procedure - Any item to be returned or exchanged, please directly contact and consult to the seller or dealer for services. Seller may at its discretion apply the return policy to return or refund the purchased product(s).
