Troubleshooting
Here are solutions to problems that might arise while using your speakers. For problems with your computer or audio products, consult the user's manual that came with it.
Speakers produce weak or no sound?
- Re-check all the connections. Three Pinky White Light
Indicators which are independently provided for left speaker, right speaker
and master control amplifier (Stripy House) light on after power on successfully.
- Check volume control on computer, sound card, or your music sources.
- Check volume control of your amplifier (Stripy House), turn volume to right direction for louder.
One speaker doesn't produce sound?
- Is the soundcard/sound source connection secure? Make sure the cable from the sound sources to the main control amplifier (Stripy House) is properly secured.
- Is the plugs on Left or right speakers are tightly plugged on?
